their time at the jail has taught ramlal and dilshan a great amount and offered the opportunity to reflect and introspect. they have coloured their thoughts and brought it to life through their manchaha rug ‘zindagi’, meaning ‘life’. they say that when we are young, we obey our parents and believe in a certain sense of structure and infirmity. but as we grow up, we start seeing the world through our eyes, which often brings confusion and disorder. but it is a kind of free flow that we learn to express. they have conveyed the same through the design pattern which goes from geometric patterns to abstract designs.
