The seemingly inscrutable patterns found in nature, the Indian designer Kavi (Kavita Chaudhary) has been taken as a model for their new Carpet Collection "Chaos Theory". These designs draw their strength from peculiar shapes and colors that reflect contemporary environmental design, and remind them of the spontaneous, elusive flow of water drops on a vertical surface. Each carpet is made from more than 700,000 hand-knotted Persian knot from manually processed wool and bamboo silk. Operate over 40,000 craftsmen for manufacturers Jaipur, spread over 600 villages across India that will do this time-consuming work. Designer Kavi draws its inspiration from the ever-changing forms of nature and combines this fascination with their knowledge of village-crafts and traditional Indian design techniques, and on the other hand with the spirit of the fast-paced urban world in the subcontinent, which is full of amazing phenomena.
