Yogesh is 30 years old weaver from Thanagazi village of Rajasthan. He started weaving when he was 22 years old and has been practicing his art constantly since then. He is a father of two beautiful daughters and one boy. A true rural Rajasthani man, he absolutely loves daal baati choorma, the state’s most famous dish.

Yogesh once heard that candles are lit up in the church; this inspired him to weave his next manchaha. He weaved candles and lightened his rug with various colors to reflect joys and happiness. He also weaved local pattern of Leheriya to infuse the two cultures in a single frame.
