In the intricate designs, Bugali wove a beautiful and meaningful concept of ‘Jugaad’. The rug basically is an amalgamation of different pieces clubbed together to create something meaningful. The color scheme has been chosen aesthetically to create an impression that lasts. “It is interesting to note how small things when combined become so beautiful and meaningful together. I collected and combined designs from my mother’s saree, from bed sheets, from story book and this is how this rug got its shape”, says Bugali with a smile.
