saharasharmila named her manchaha “sahara” which translates to “support”. sharmila’s art of weaving carpets has helped her support her family in dire times. the design she has chosen is majorly traditional with ornate patterns of zanjeera and shakkarpara. sharmila has used diverse shades of pink for the base of the rug with slight hints of green, blue and yellow in between.
