udta hua gubbaranathi has woven this rug, ‘udta hua gubbara’ inspired by how balloons look when floating in the sky. she was inspired when she saw her sons play with balloons that her guests bought for them. along with weaving motifs of the ‘gubbara’ or ‘balloons’, she has also woven colourful bindis and leheriya designs in her manchaha, both typical to rajasthan.
