priyanshi ka ghar
hailing from mahuakola, all three weavers sit at priyanshi’s home to chit-chat, and have their evening tea. this carpet was designed by artist’s experience around priyanshi’s home which is also their favorite hangout spot. that’s how the rug got its name ‘priyanshi ka ghar’. they share sweet memories over evening tea where they pour their heart to each other in relaxed soothing feeling of sun set. hence, a cup of tea is weaved at top of the rug. renu aspires to be a teacher, so she has woven multiplication, subtraction, addition signs in the carpet. design from her floor tiles also irked her artistic mind, and she got them incorporated in the rug. priyanshi has also let her heart out on the things she desires, like jhumka (earrings), and sweets. during the time of rug weaving, they saw someone playing damaru (small two-headed drum) which attracted all children of village. remembering sweet feeling from the day, they made damaru in the rug.

• only vacuum clean it periodically. avoid using vacuum beater brush mode
• if spills occur, blot immediately. do not rub the stain.
• rotate occasionally to equalize wear.
• use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
• if thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor.
