The Manchaha designed by Bimla is inspired by various patterns inspired by her surroundings. For instance, the most elaborate and beautiful design in the rug is inspired by the festoon in her house, which is called Bandarwar. She has also incorporated small flowers and leaves, leheriya, criss-crossing lines, and the designs of her sarees, making the Manchaha a reflection of her ability to recognise beautiful designs around her.
