Chota Devi named this Manchaha carpet “Hukum Ke Paate’ which refers to the ‘Card of Hearts’ as she shares her liking for playing cards with her family members at their home. Devi loves to share her feeling through this carpet which shows love and attachment between everyone through the card of hearts that gathers a lot of attention at the lower half of the carpet. During the day, Devi’s young son likes to fly kites around in the daylight. Therefore, the start of the design resembles kites that have been beautifully woven with colorful elements that are complete with a smile that each family member cherished while weaving this carpet filled up with absolute love.
