The Design Story
hara bharaHara BharaNathi loves plants, greenery and gardening, and hence, wanted the colour green for her Manchaha. But she was given only green colour and nothing else. However, she later got hold of other complementary colours and mimicked her immediate surroundings on the rug with clouds and the plants that are in her small garden, thereby making her rug ‘Hara Bhara’ which loosely translates to ‘verdant green’.
