The Design Story
do bheno ka pyaarDo Bheno ka PyaarAnju and Koshalya's Manchaha "Do Bheno ka Pyaar" (celebrates the beauty of their strong sisterly bond. Through their imagination, they have weaved designs that are close to their hearts and holds special meaning for both of them on their rug. On the right-hand side, Koshalya has woven a big, lovely doll using her wool and silk yarns, recalling how Anju used to play with her all the time as a little child and would never leave her alone. In return, Anju hand-crafted the designs of birds flying high in the open sky as a tribute to her sister's fondness for watching them curiously imaging where their homes would be. On the right side of the manchaha, they have woven mountains, which are loved and admired by both of them. Their Manchaha is a masterpiece that captures the depth of their love for one another.
