The Design Story

khel khilauna

Khel Khilauna
Roshan and Prakash, both from Rajasthan, brought their shared passions to life in a unique runner Manchaha, “Khel-Khilauna” (games and toys). Roshan loves the color black, while Prakash prefers red and green, but they both share a fondness for kaju katli sweet and volleyball. Drawing from these interests, they wove a chain-like pattern inspired by the diamond shaped sweet, alongside the Puma logo, a nod to Roshan’s love for the sport. The rug’s checkered design mirrors the layout of a volleyball court. In a playful exchange of creativity, Roshan wove his own volleyball court, while Prakash crafted the kaju katli motifs, blending their tastes into one harmonious design.
