The Design Story
smileySmileyThe rug is named Smiley because the weavers believe that making Manchaha brought happiness in their life, hence they want to continue this art of weaving which brings smile on their face. Also, Ramvati uses lot of smileys during chats which even woven at multiple places in the rug. There is a golden rose woven with their love for the flower, and they want to bring that smile on the face of the receiver which get during knotting the rug. All three weavers really like winter season, so they weaved sweater patterns in the rug which represent winter for them.
