aangan ke rangAangan Ke RangMunjareen and Mumtareen poured their hearts into creating “Aangan Ke Rang,” a rug that reflects the vibrant essence of their home courtyard. For them, the aangan is the soul of their household—a space where children play, elders sit together sharing stories, women dry clothes in the sun, and festivals bring bursts of colors and laughter. The rug mirrors this rhythm of everyday life. Its layered horizontal lines resemble the changing moods of the courtyard—from the calm earthy tones of quiet mornings to the bright blues and greens of festive gatherings. Each section carries a different shade, symbolizing how the courtyard welcomes everyone with its unique colors. Through this rug, Munjareen and Mumtareen have captured the rang (colors) of their beloved aangan, celebrating it as a place that ties family, tradition, and joy together.
