The Design Story
raahRaahRaah (Path) is a beautiful Manchaha created by four close friends on the loom — Anita, Jyoti, Manju and Krishna, almost like sisters. It is surprising how naturally in sync they are. They sit together, hardly speaking, yet saying everything. As if they already know what the loom wants from them. Without planning, their hands begin weaving the same design. The rug starts with strong chevron lines, steady like steps. Slowly, the colors shift and the patterns soften into flowing, wavy forms. By the end, the design breaks into scattered patches, though the colors remain the same, familiar, connected. Raah shows the separate paths, moving in their own ways, somehow always meeting at the same loom.
