The Design Story
madhumakki ka chatthaMadhumakki ka ChatthaBees, the architects of their own hives, display remarkable skill in their construction. The intricate patterns they create are both well-planned and inherently beautiful. Inspired by this natural wonder, Meena Devi and Raju Devi found their muse in the beehive outside their home, naming their latest Manchaha "Madhumakki ka Chattha," meaning "Bee's Beehive." In addition to the hive motif, they used a variety of colored yarns to craft patches resembling mountains. Raju Devi also incorporated two kites into the design, reflecting their shared passion for kite flying. This creative freedom allowed them to weave what they truly enjoyed, finding immense fulfillment in the artistic process.
