The Design Story
“barsaat”“Barsaat”Manisha, Lakshmi, and Nirmala showcased the scenario of a rainy day in their Manchaha inspired by the Monsoon season. They named this creation "Barsaat" (Rain) and weaved stormy clouds covering the sky all over their Manchcha carpet. They weaved in tiny droplets of rain that they enjoyed during the process. Towards the right-hand side of the carpet, they created large farms and showcased water droplets on the leaves. Manisha completed her Manchaha with a clear sky, representing how weather changes over time. It beautifully conveys a simple yet powerful message that change is inevitable, no matter how long it takes.
