City Story
Mahal rugs, hand-woven in Iran's Mahallat region since the 19th century, epitomize timeless elegance cherished by rug enthusiasts and interior designers worldwide. Named after the village of Mahallat near Arak, these rugs boast sophisticated and whimsical designs, coveted as prized antique treasures globally. Renowned for their intricate motifs and distinctive knotting style, Mahal rugs offer unique interpretations of classical Persian patterns like the Herati, Mina Khani, and Harshang, ensuring each piece is a masterpiece of timeless beauty and cultural heritage.
