The Serebend rug, also referred to as the Saraband rug, hails from the Ser-e Band district nestled in the heart of west-central Iran, just southwest of Arak. Adorned with a captivating "mir" design, characterized by delicate pear or leaf-shaped motifs arranged in diagonal rows, these rugs are a testament to the mastery of handweaving.
