The Design Story
chand ke roopChand Ke RoopSoniya has named her carpet “Chand Ke Roop” which translates to ‘phases of the moon.’ Soniya loves the moonlit nights and has weaved the scene of the night sky that she adores every night. She has also made a shooting star through which she wishes that her rug will be liked by all and sell quickly. Soniya learned how a person could travel to the moon through a spaceship, and so she has also designed a small spaceship in the middle right of the rug.
