Jhamman and Babu's Manchaha "Jhilmil"(Sparkle) beautifully traces their journey of brotherhood and their love for festivities. When Jhamman was younger, he used to visit the local market during Diwali and was mesmerized by the stunning display of colourful lights and lamps throughout the city. Seeking inspiration from the same, he has adorned his Manchaha carpet with small, colorful lights all over through the hand-knotting technique. On the right-hand side of their rug, Babu has crafted delicate patterns inspired by his memories of how they would gather as a family and decorate their house for festive occasions. But this time he decorated his carpet with the same enthusiasm using his shiny wool and silk yarns. Through their imagination, Jhamman and Babu have cherished the beauty of their cities during the festive season. Just like the bright blinking lights, that used to light up the city , Jhamman and Babu have lit up each other's lives through love, care, and unconditional support for one another, naming their Manchaha "Jhilmil".
