We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-
  1. Email order confirmation
  2. Text message order confirmation.
  3. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped

[email protected]. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

You can pay using your debit card, credit card through our secure payment gateway. You can also pay us via PayPal.

No. At the moment, there is no EMI option available.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made.

Return/ Refund and Exchange Policy

Any item delivered outside India is not eligible for return and refund.
Only exchange of product is available within 15 days of item receipt with below conditions:

  • Buyer has to make selection of exchange product/products (Of similar or more value)
  • Buyer has to self- ship original product in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse or we may arrange the shipping on buyer's request. In both these cases shipping cost inclusive of all taxes and duties is to be borne by buyer.
  • Once the original product is received at our warehouse, it will go through quality check.
  • After the quality check we will require the balance payment if any. Once the balance payment is done, we will dispatch the new selection at your location (New product shipping cost will be taken care by Jaipur rugs)
  • For the new selected product:
    1. If the value is higher than original product value. We will need balance payment before dispatching new selection.
    2. If the value is lower than original product value. We will provide a coupon of balance amount which can be redeemed in next 6 months from issuing date on website.
  • For custom orders, exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.

  • Any item delivered outside India is not eligible for return and refund.
  • Only exchange of product is available within 15 days of item receipt with exchange conditions as mentioned above.
  • For custom orders, exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.

If the value is lower than original product value. We will provide a coupon of balance amount which can be redeemed in next 6 months from issuing date on website.

Bespoke / Custom Rugs

Yes, sure we make customized rugs. You can mail us your requirement at [email protected] or share your details here.
Also, you can inquire for custom sizes in our existing products from the 'custom size' option mentioned in the product detail page.

Rug Quality

Yes. Every rug comes with a 6 months or 24 months warranty. To know more, check our warranty policy here.

Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, at [email protected], along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.
