Terms and Conditions

Free washing services can only be availed within two years from date of purchase.
Valid proof of purchase is required to avail the free service.
Minimum Charges INR 2000/- plus taxes.
Post Free services, Service Charges + Shipping charges will be applicable as mentioned.
Logistics charges to be borne by customer, Jaipur Rugs can arrange for pickup and delivery.
If the customer drops the rug at Jaipur Rugs Stores in any city, no logistics charges will be taken from the customer.
Prices of major Repair of any Rug will be given post Inspection only.
